They say it’s a miracle water. Originates from Japan, some story about a woman soaking her hands in rice water all day long and it got more and more youthful. You couldn’t have not been tempted, the commercials, god they make SK-II sound like THE only thing you need.
I have slightly tanned skin, but really thin skin. This product was may be too strong for me. It made my skin extremely dry after application and I don’t feel it did any good to blemishes or have any whitening effect.
Not particularly in favour of the smell of the product, it smells like eggs in water turned bad. May be a natural scent, but really puts me off. Overall, I wouldn’t spend money on another bottle.

Who does not love a great pair of legs? Ladies out there who has the perfect Hollywood legs, you would never understand this. A lot of us who ain’t got it, are bothered on a daily basis by common problems on our legs such as spider veins, cellulite, scars, stretchmarks, you name it. So, we try plenty of products to see if anything helps at all. Of course, treatment of those problems usually take a lot of hard work and time, even if creams do work.
Short term solution: – Those who have more obvious imperfections would be desperate to cover-up especially on skirt days and bikini days and I’m sure you would agree with me, if you’re one of them, you have tried more than one cover-up product. Others are just being perfectly normal vain-pots who buy body gloss, body foundations to make themselves look extra good.
PALMER’S introduced this Smoothing and Perfecting Leg Gloss not long ago, comes in a 4.4oz tube, claims to be a tinted moisturizer that adds gloss and imparts a satiny smooth finish. I’ve used this product twice and stopped ever since. Tinted moisturisers are usually light and blend into the skin very well. This is kinda thick and does not blend in very well to the skin – NOT recommended especially if you have very pale skin… it comes in one colour, looks like a bronzy cocoa colour. When u smooth it on, you can see a big difference to your natural colour, I have slightly tanned skin, but it still comes off two colours. It’s also a mess trying to apply it.
Overall, the result is a very uneven, unnatural fake tan that you need to spend may be an hr just to even it out on both legs. Worst thing, the colour comes off when your skin touches white or light fabric. My linen shorts were stained and i couldn’t wash it off. Bad experience. Palmer’s has loads of good products, but this is just not one of them.
