Professional dental treatments are so expensive most of us would consider starting with our own DIY kits at home first. I’ve tried all sorts of whitening toothpaste from Darlie to Colgate to Sensodyne and some kits from Ebay and nothing works. I still wonder if it’s true that whitening toothpaste really whitens teeth.
I doubt, although I feel whitening toothpaste does help to keep discoloration at bay. If you’re looking for a good toothpaste and dont’ expect miracles, make sure it’s made with safe ingredients like baking soda and avoid pumice or acidic products which can be harmful and erosive. I’m currently using Darlie’s 14 days whitening with mineral salt. Very affordable toothpaste and smells and taste sweet and minty.
If you’re a fan of super minty toothpaste then this one is not for you. I haven’t seen very very good results, but I like the refreshing gentle-sweet taste in my mouth after brushing.
